KELLY'S SPORTS RETURN POLICY - ONLINE ORDERS
  • Any item may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Custom and team orders are excluded. See those pages for further instructions.
  • Merchandise must be returned in NEW condition. All labels, tags or other items that came with the product must be returned with item.
  • All returns must include a copy of our RETURN FORM with the item.
  • We recommend you return your item via UPS, FEDEX, USPS Priority or any other service that provides a tracking number. Do not return the item COD. COD packages can not be received at our warehouse. Kelly's Sports is not responsible for any lost or damaged returns.
  • Exchanges and refunds will be processed upon receipt of your return.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable.

KELLY'S SPORTS RETURN POLICY - IN-STORE PURCHASES
  • New and unused items may be returned with a receipt within 30 days of the original purchase.
    • Cash purchases will receive a cash refund.
    • Check purchases will receive a cash refund after 15 day waiting period.
    • Credit/Debit purchases will receive a credit refund to the original card only.
  • Returns with a receipt of the original purchase made after 30 days will receive store credit or may be exchanged.
  • Returns attempted without a receipt WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
  • Returns attempted after 90 days from the original purchase WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
