KELLY'S SPORTS SHIPPING POLICY


RETAIL SHIPMENTS

  • All orders are processed Monday through Friday. If you select "Pick-up in West Chester," you will be notified when your order is ready.

  • All retail orders of $50 or more will receive FREE SHIPPING!

  • All orders will be shipped via UPS, FedEx or USPS. Orders being sent to a PO Box must be shipped via USPS.

  • Large items such as the Soccer Rebounder, blocking sleds...etc. can not be shipped to a PO Box.

  • Kelly's Sports is not able to ship outside the Continental United States at this time. All orders to Alaska, Hawaii, or any other country will be cancelled.

  • To protect our customers from fraud, orders may be delayed if the Billing Address is invalid. We will ship to other addresses, but the Billing Address must match the address in which your credit card statement is sent.

  • Kelly's Sports is not responsible for return shipping. If there is a problem with your order, please contact service@kellyssports.com.

  • Most in-stock items ship within 2 business days. Out of stock items can take up to 10 business days to ship. You will be notified via email if an item is out of stock along with it's expected availability date.
